Dr. Yamaguchi, the Dean of The Joint Graduate School of Veterinary Sciences　(JGSVS), Tottori University and Dr. Takeuchi, the vice dean, and four students visited the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Wijaya Kusuma　Surabaya, Indonesia, on August 10-11 to further develop academic and student exchange.

We exchanged opinions with the chancellor, president, and deans on introducing each other’s veterinary education system, accepting international students, and other issues.

Dr. Yamaguchi and Dr. Takeuchi　introduced the JGSVS of Tottori University and their research to the students of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

Four students from JGSVS visited lecture rooms, laboratories, and the veterinary hospital.

We hope to deepen exchanges in both education and research, and to develop both universities.
