共同獣医学研究科は郵送受け取りのみ対応しております。

Applications are accepted through the online system; however, certificates can be issued by mail only.

はじめての方は「卒業生利用登録」で本人確認を経て、「卒業生用ログイン」から証明書発行手続きに進みますので、申請から受け取りまで時間を要します。個人情報保護の観点から、ご本人の意志によるお申し込みであることを確認させていただくため、身分証明書等の提示をお願いしております。

Please register in advance, then you can go to the next step, certification request after Identity Verification. It takes time to issue the certificates.

修了証明書（日本語）以外の証明書が必要な場合は、岐阜大学のその他の証明書のページをご確認ください。

Please see the detail “Other certification” in Gifu University, if you require a certificate other than the certificate of completion(Japanese ver.).

証明書発行には、郵送料と発行手数料が必要です。一度お支払いいただいた料金はいかなる理由があっても返金できませんので、ご不明な点は必ず事前にご確認ください。

Postage and issuance fees are required for applications through the certificate issuing system. Please note that once payment is made, it is non-refundable. So, if you have any question, please contact us in advance.
