The 8th International Symposium of Association of Japan-Indonesia Veterinary Education (AJIVE) was held at Syiah Kuala University in Indonesia from July 5 to 7, 2024.

Four students from the Joint Graduate School of Veterinary Medicine presented their research.

This symposium is held once a year with an aim to establish and develop collaborative research relationships in veterinary medicine between Japan and Indonesia, and to promote veterinary education and the development of young educators and researchers in both universities.

Through this symposium, we expect the further collaboration in veterinary research with various veterinary universities in Indonesia.
